ClubQuote is operated by ClubNet Limited (ClubNet). ClubQuote is a service that allows Amateur Sports Clubs to request a quote for goods and services from relevant Businesses on the ClubQuote database.

ClubQuote is completely free to Clubs which are registered with ClubNet.

By their use the ClubQuote system, Clubs agree that all requests for quotes relate to purchases that they intend to make or are genuinely considering, and that they will not use the ClubQuote system for any other purpose.

ClubNet accepts no responsibility for the content of the Quote Requests made by Clubs, nor does it accept any liability resulting from the Business’ decision to supply that Club.

ClubNet accepts no responsibility for the content of Quote Submissions made by Businesses, nor does it accept any liability resulting from the Club’s decision to place an order with any particular Business. For the avoidance of doubt, ClubQuote is a tool whereby ClubNet introduces Clubs and Businesses who may wish to enter into a transaction together, but ClubNet shall not be a party to any transaction between a Business and a Club which results from the use of the ClubQuote system.

Use of the ClubQuote system in no way constitutes any form of partnership between ClubNet and the Business and / or Club.

In addition to these terms, the standard terms and conditions of the ClubNet website apply to the use of the ClubQuote system.
